We're proud to be the first studio in the Bay Area offering classes with a yoga & fitness sling, called the Om Gym. We're introducing this aerial tool in Aruna's new Summer Booty Camp Series. But in the summer-fall we'll offer more classes (and teacher training!).

What can you do in a yoga sling? Besides delicious yoga stretches that allow you to go further than you can go without it, you can also do strength training and even cardio.

Do you have to be super fit to use this? No. It’s a great tool for building strength and flexibility, whatever your level of fitness.

What if you get dizzy easily or are afraid of heights? We often hang the sling just a foot or two off the floor so just a part of you is suspended.

But if you like to hang upside down, inverting on the sling feels much more comfortable than on a backswing because there's no painful gripping around the ankles.
