"Once again, thank you, Aruna, for being the fabulous, fun professonal you are. Went to a fitness center class yesterday evening just to get in a sweat. Boring, boring, boring. The folks in the class were talking before about how it was great, and safe, yada, yada, yada. One routine, repeated with only minor additions, always starting on the right, for 30 minutes. Yawn. Then quick weight reps and a boring, unfocused, quick-fire floor session. One stretch, kinda. And the standing, bent back tricep extensions?
